- Step inside our fantastic Indoor Games Room - the perfect haven for some friendly family competition! Challenge each other to a game of pool, or engage in a fast-paced match of table tennis. For some classic fun, our arcade games offer a blast from the past and a chance to win bragging rights!
- Puzzles and books - We do have some puzzles and also reading books to borrow, these are all located in the TV/Movie room.

- Griffiths Sea Shell Museum - a fascinating place to spend a rainy morning or afternoon. Explore their incredible private collection of over 90,000 shells and sea creatures from around the world. Don't miss the captivating model railway room – a hit with kids of all ages!
- Lakes Entrance Aquadome - we have complimentary gold passes available for our guests at BIG4 Whiters reception. Great place for indoor fitness (including gym and classes) and swimming activities with children, complete with an indoor toddler pool.
- Catch the latest blockbuster at Sun Cinema in nearby Bairnsdale. Check their session times online for family-friendly screenings.
- Get messy at the Saltwater Creative Co - who offer a range of clay workshops throughout the year.
- The Lakes Entrance Library hosts weekly children's storytime and rhymetime and offers a quiet space to browse books and enjoy story time.
- Indoor Mini Golf - Footbridge Mini Golf, Lolly Shop & Ice Cream Shack has both outdoor and indoor mini-golf courses, and a wide range of lollies and ice cream.
- Peels Cruises - Don't let the rain stop you from exploring the water! Peels Cruises still runs when it rains; they only cancel due to extreme winds. We sell tickets for them in the office and always have an updated timetable of available cruises.
